How long does one bag last?

Each 2.7kg bag is planned as a one-month supply for one cat. Actual use varies with tray size, fill depth and scooping habits. The three-month supply sends three bags per cat in one delivery.

Will I be charged again automatically?

Your selected order summary confirms whether you are buying a one-time supply or a subscription. A one-time order has no automatic renewal. Subscription options are available only when a recurring plan is shown.

What is your money-back guarantee?

Our money-back guarantee period and claim conditions are being finalised. Full terms will be available before orders open.

Will it work with my litter box?

Purr..fect is designed for a normal litter tray. For an automatic or self-cleaning litter box, check the manufacturer’s pellet-size and litter-type requirements before use. Follow the pack’s reading time before removing colour-changing litter.

New litter?
Good questions.

Curious is good. You deserve to feel comfortable with what goes in their tray.

More good-to-knows
What makes tofu litter different?

Tofu litter uses plant fibres rather than silica crystals. Purr..fect combines soft, clumping pea and soy fibre pellets with CleverDetect™ pH indicators, so everyday clean-up comes with a little more insight.

What does a colour change mean?

It means the indicator pellets have responded to urinary pH. Diet, medication and other factors can affect it. Compare with your pack’s guide and discuss persistent changes with your vet. This is a monitoring aid, not a diagnosis; an expected colour does not rule out illness. Seek urgent veterinary care if your cat is straining or passing little or no urine.

How much should I order?

Start with one 2.7kg bag per cat, per month as a guide. Actual use varies with tray size, fill depth and scooping habits. Choose your cat count and monthly or three-month supply to see the bags and exact total before adding to cart.

How do I switch my cat to Purr..fect?

Give them time to get comfortable. Start by mixing a little Purr..fect into their usual litter, then gradually increase the amount as they adjust. Keep their tray in its familiar spot and go at your cat’s pace. Follow the pack’s guidance when reading colour changes.

*Flush only small urine-soiled clumps one at a time, where your local water authority and plumbing permit. Allow each to disperse before flushing again. Never flush cat faeces. Small amounts do not eliminate blockage risk. Check septic guidance; if unsure, put used litter in the bin.
